Indications for a referral

  • Singer IVF

    • · Unintended infertility (>12 months; for women over 35, >6 months)
    • · Initial evaluation, 3D hysterosalpingographic ultrasound
    • · Recurrent miscarriages (RPL), recurrent implantation failure
    • · Poor ovarian reserve / low AMH
    • · Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with family planning
    • · Endometriosis with family planning
    • · Male subfertility / abnormal semen analysis
    • · Egg preservation / social freezing
    • · Oncofertility before treatment (medical freezing; we respond the same day)
    • · Indication for PGD / PGT-A
