• What is the difference between Singer IVF and Singer Praxis?

  Two areas under one roof, at the same address. 
  Singer Praxis is your gynecological care through every stage of life – screening, cycle, contraception, pregnancy, menopause. 
  Singer IVF is the specialized assessment and treatment of infertility, with our own IVF laboratory and day clinic.

• Do you accept new patients – is a referral required?

  Yes, we are glad to accept new patients – both in the gynaecological practice and for fertility care. No referral is needed; you can contact us directly. And if you have already begun an assessment or treatment elsewhere, we are happy to continue it.

• How quickly can I get an appointment?

  For an initial fertility consultation you will usually have an appointment within 2–3 weeks; for an annual check-up as a new patient it generally takes a little longer. Urgent concerns we accommodate at short notice whenever possible.

• What is covered by health insurance?

  That depends on the area. In gynaecology, basic insurance covers a large part – screening, pregnancy check-ups and investigations for symptoms. Fertility care is different: all assessments and less complex treatments are usually covered, IVF itself is not. We tell you what to expect before every step.

• Who will treat me, and in which languages?

  You will be treated by Dr Michael Singer and Dr Julia Hasler, who cover for one another, so you are in good hands during holidays or at short notice. For IVF, Dr Singer is your primary contact. We advise in German, English, French, Dr Singer also in Spanish and Italian. → About Us

• Where are you, and how do I get there?

  Our practice is right next to Küsnacht railway station, in the blue building at Kohlrainstrasse 10, a few minutes from Zurich – easily reached by train (S6 or S16), by boat or by car. Parking is available directly at the station. → Contact
